Energy Management - What Is It?

Our energy levels are also a prime indicator if we're going to be able to follow through with our intentions. We often think of energy as what's powering us, but it's more abstract than that. By tracking our energy level for a couple of days, we can figure out when we've got high energy times and low energy times. Taking a nap during one of your low energy times can be a great way to bounce back for a fantastic afternoon.
