Joe Waichter was the executor of Larry Hillblum's will when he died. But an 11-year-old Pelian boy called junior Larry Hill broom claimed to be his father. A criminal lawyer from Guam took up the case on behalf of Junior, who had been raised in a remote island home with barely a penny to his name. Joe Waichter held a press conference and framed Colaney Kinney as a money-grabbing stranger trying to take advantage of a dead man's estate.
