Rhetoric is such a powerful practice. You don't need to do it for 90 minutes in order to get something out of it. It's all my good dopemine receptors, without making me overwhelmed. If i just like do my five minutes meditation at open, everything kind of gets reset. Everything gets written, all the emals get answered. Once to an open meditation, all of a sudden my copy is incredible. I'm hilarious. Im also prettier. And from august tenth to note september, or in september,. i can't let summer go. Am really sad about it.
