Do You Know Where You're Getting Truffles?
Where i am now, i'm in this cidic soil. The species of truffle that i would normally hunt in england are not in my immediate area. So i would have to go out of my area to find some limestone. It's not hugely from what i can tellom the knowledge that i know. I haven't really ventured into those areas enough to be able to establish what the truffles are going to be here in those areas. We get tefeza, which is still considered, considered a truffle. But on the gastronomic list of good edibles, it's right at the bottom because actually's got no, no truffly aroma to
