How Does the Brain Know What It's Smelling?
Even if you have a seemingly discreet activation, it might not mean what you think. The next step is the ofactory cortex, which has no spacial representation in that sense. It's like coming from a neat english garden into the savannah. You can't predict where it's going to or how the brain actually knows. Imagine you've got in in mis one thousand receptigines and human 400 receptitudes,. Like gazilians of cells just go in all directions. So how does the brain know what it's smelling? I think that's an interesting question. And i think thiss this is like one of the things where philosophers can further investigator.
