Coaching a Defensive Team Like Mike Dantoni

In today's NBA especially offensively I feel like to coach an offensive team you have to have a light hand. To coach one of these teams that is just fluid movement and offensive like creativity your hand has to be really lightLike Mike my Dantoni was my example of this and I juxtapose him to Jerry Sloan his Utah teams were based on tough defensive mindset very little creativity offensively and very little deviation from the script.
