Is Remote Work Making It Harder?

Remote work has always served high capacity female leaders well. But as companies have opened up, i would say like a halfa half open, or it may be half virtual, we're seeing some real cost to that. A part of what we're seeing for women, and this comes down to pay and motional abilities, is many women are choosing to stay home more than men are choosing to staying home.
