republic allows any company that's betted through their process to raise equity crowd funding dollars, which is as little as 50 dollars in many cases for companies. The thesis alone is really powerful. You don't have to find institutional investors to fund your company. You can fund your company from friends or family who aren't accredited. Id really cratises that access to capital in a gain changing way for so many companies.
