This crisis is unique in the sense that the economy was shut off for public health reasons. And so i think the vultures came out early on. There was a lot of anticipation that we'd see similar opportunities, distressed opportunities, this time round. But because there has been so much forbearance and for some other reason, those opportunities haven't really cropped up.
