During the phone interview, we are a taking notes. And the notes are per question, so that i can go back and review those. We share our notes back and forth to make sure that we've heard or have written up our notes in a way that says, yes, we've covered all these areas. Agnes: I think it really depends on your personal comfort level. Don't assume that you have to just bend over and and and perform and talk and and do these interviews if you or yourself aren't ready. You want to be as confident as you can be.
