How to Be a Successful Mentor

You can approach related companies and maybe ask them, do you have someone in your UX team that can mentor me? So there are ways of kind of like going up and down and into some of the departments. And I've seen some organizations where they have a more formal mentor program in the conglomerate. But don't necessarily limit yourself to that because now thanks to Skype and everything, it's easy to connect online and talk to people no matter where they're based.
