Using Git Shaws to Decompose Dependencies

Dependency is one of the unsolved problems right now for programming. I think a big problem is you grab a library and you really have no idea what you got. And it takes us towards where I'd like to see us go, which is a stronger connection between what we're consuming and the source truth of that. So some of that is manifest itself in this dependency tool.
