The Meditatio, the Prayer, the Meditation
The key to the prayer, the heart centre is is heartfelt exchange. It's like that low prayer we did with thomas merton, my lord god, i have no idea where i am going. I do not see the road ahead of me. The meditation is kind of kind of repondering or reflecting in the presence of god. Then the prayer is to talk to god. And that invites deeper. You listen deeper, and invites the contemplateo as i kind of wordless presence.
