How to Cultivate Virtues in Buddhism

In buddhism, there's a list of nice things, sait you. Primary one in christianity would be, of course, love your neighbour as yourself. That's the primary and really it all boilds down to that. My question is a, is e fun kind of question, as woring, is it possible to have a conscious conversation? Yes, yes. I came to the conclusion that maybe two people wouldn't actually be talking to each other in a conscious conversation. They would be sitting opposite each other in awareness.
