How to Make a List of Things to Do
I know one of the things that I've sometimes found effective with clients, they get really overwhelmed if they have a list of things to do. Sometimes we'll write them on individual post it notes or index cards so they can kind of shuffle them around a little bit but they only have to look at one at a time. It's good to think about planning in stages, the planning funnel. And then okay, what are we going to do today? That might be a posted note or something like that.
