I think neoliberalism plays a big part in it right the state used to do things for people right and then we entered this period where the state was not supposed to do anything for anybody. And then I think the other piece of it is how technology and changes in business models have affected the media as well right. The media has less resources to really dig into these companies the things that they're selling us but there's still a lot of very positive kind of reporting as well or whatever you want to call that kind of stuff. Yeah so I think those are some of the things I would add to your reasons. No, I think that those are great like contributing factors to like a larger reason
