"To change the facts on the ground, right, to improve learner outcomes is not, requires a different set of skills than conducting role class research and publishing it in an academic journal," he says. "So we're just trying to incentivize a different thought process about how to make the work more accessible." He adds: "My goal was to write in, quite frankly,. I'm going to use the word jargon, you know, the language of research".
