The way to claim HSA reimbursement is you are looking at the end of the year. Andy didn't mention his actual wedding date, but I think if it's this year,. I think he's okay, claiming expenses from those kids from earlier in the year. But make sure if you are actually claiming them as dependents that year, then yes. And you can claim dependents, you know, if they are living with you. As far as your fiance goes, as long as she's your spouse by the end of last year, I think you'll be okay.
