Laura spent her sabbatical reading, I've got a freakishly fast reading rate and it's on times like this it really shows. She read essentially the entire back catalogue of Sophie Kinsella who wrote the Confessions of a Shopaholic series. The Stranding is set in New Zealand after an apocalypse and this girl from London moves to New Zealand when she gets there.
