How Did China Avoid the Explosion of Viruses in China?
The shut down of be province certainly helped. And then the major cities actually went into isolation and quarantine as well. There was also a stigma issue, which is unfortunate for people from hube and especially from wuhan. But there are plenty of stories in the other major chinese cities where anyone coming from hube or with any connection tho wahan, were ostracized during those early days.
