I think it's more like a look for characteristics where I see them pushing themselves in different ways that aren't necessary to do something interesting or important. In an early stage company, you need the first two things: You need somebody who can build and someone who can sell. The main reason I've seen co-founder conflicts happen is a lack of agreement on who makes decisions under certain circumstances. And so often that lack of clarity around there's one person in charge but you need to decide that you're going to commit to what they're doing.
