Is There a Difference Between Outward Performance and Competition Based Learning?
It's interesting because we we often and our education system is in many ways set up this way that effectively degrading says something. Rather than asking students to complete tasks and still giving feedback the fact that it's great attached to it immediately goes out and sets up a different space. If you've got that kind of safe and encouraging environment given to you one of the the automatic things you'll start to see is cooperation and connectedness just start to flow out which is what we're trying to do somewhat internally for clients as well.
