The Importance of Conversation in Digital Ethics

There are many other topics within AI ethics or digital ethics that are very interesting, including the future of work. But one very important topic is bias and discrimination. It seems to me that in that area there isn't one obviously simple way of discovering how we ought to act. What we need is a conversation.
