Psychology has had a tenuous relationship, at best, with biology. And what i was finding in the literature by contemporary biologists is that they were beginning to think in neurology and how the brain works. The position ofa en primates on that line shows that as as primates were evolving, they were moving in the direction that humans have assumed now. This tells us that the archetypes, thea, the structural forms of thought and reaction that yung is talking about, are real, and they have the same relationship to us as evolution has.
