Is There a Bishop in the New Testament?

The New Testament is clear that authority is given to the apostles and then describes the apostles giving that authority to successors. So when Jack Chick says the idea of priests or bishops are just these unbiblical holy helpers, well, you could describe the apostles themselves as holy helpers. In fact, prior to His ascension into heaven, Jesus never ordered anyone to write anything down at all.
