Anger and Sadness - How Close Are They?
Nakita: Why don't we give everyone listening the opportunity to share a memory when they felt angry and sad at the same time, or when they just felt angry or sad? I remember feeling angry when i was teaching my daughter history. Nakita: What i would suggest is take your time. Think about what you want to share. Maybe you write it down, draw it out, or share it with your grown up. There's no need to provide advice. Just listen.
