Digital Work Spaces

I like the thought and the intention paid towards the digital work spaces. I think where things get really interesting is with devices that are typically kind o fall in the grey zone. And really, we're all just creatures of habit. So if you're just going to sit down at a adigital device without any thought toa what you're going to do when you get there, that's when you find yourself scrolling through social media. Least that's my experience. How do you deal with it?
