The Importance of Teaching in the NHS
I think we need to move away from the idea that teaching always needs to involve anatomy or physiology. There's so much that you can learn on sort of small moments of teaching an award would be very valuable and it will certainly help them rather junior doctors who at the moment are finding the NHS to be a very very busy place to work. I hope that this podcast will help all those listening find a brief moment in which they can teach and show you the morale in their teams.
