What Are Your Revenue Health Metrics?
Gross revenue retention is a ratio that shows how much money you make from each customer over time. Net revenue retention, which includes credit for expansion, reflects the amount of new customers your company has brought in since last year. These metrics are critical because they help companies see what's about to happen to their business before it does. Intercom had one product that we were excited about and was growing well but with weaker revenues than other products.
