Nick Richards - Is He a Better Basketball Player?

I like the kj martin shout what skill I guess would you highlight as being most improved from last year. He just feels more like a complete basketball player to me and not a chaos engine Like he can switch across a lot of positions he can move the ball  he's a cutter he's a decent reboundHe just feels more stable to me than Nick Richards who didn't make my 23 person list.
