How Much Time Do You Spend Writing Your Own Songs?

The only song i have written by myself in recent years is a song called lady liberty. I wrote that for barbara strystan, and i produced it along with her on her latest am called walls. That one really was channelled through me. But the song came to me all in one fell swoop, in an hour. And then my programme sitting at the other side of my office just waiting for me by listening to my chords. He was already starting to programme.
