Do the Russians Really Think They Can Win This War?

Harkiv is functioning, the city is vivid and of course there are damaged buildings but from the first sight you don't see them. Infrastructure, electricity, heating, water, that's the key problem. So when Russians are attacking Ukrainian cities with drones or missiles, the only thing they actually do is killing people, it's just taking human lives. That's the most horrible thing about it because you read all the stories and suddenly on your Facebook you see that the victims were identified. And I have two theories. Do the Russians do think that they can win this war with just missile strikes and drone strikes and that means they are stupid or they understand that they cannot win thiswar with that
