I believe that there are people, especially in particular seasons of life who might love and appreciate a more transactional workplace. And they will run to that company. I don't believe that they will running to it forever, but I believe that in seasons that can be the thing that's best for people. It's like, let's all be clear and commit. We're talking about that from an employee experience too. You talked about in the advantage, which is the first question that any organization needs to be able to answer is why do we exist?
