Shelley had multiple poems called mutability, speaking of hand holds. He was obsessed with the idea. This one's also known by his first line, we are as clouds that veil the midnight moon. I am big pentameter. It says natural to readers of poetry in English as a dip in the swimming pool on a warm day or taking a hot shower on a cold one.
