What Is the Best Place to Live in Beijing?

If you wanted to do something in Modesto, California, it was a two-hour drive to San Francisco. That's not even half of the stuff that's in Beijing. It's only a matter of what do you want to do, not what can you do. I feel like I can't come up with a similar analogy without sounding too privileged and judgy of someone who lives in a big city.
