When we feel accused unjustifiably, we tend to evoke the defence system. And that's going to evoke my whole body that wants to either attack or flee. If i'm not holding myself, i'm going to get really reactive and become more self righteous. But then you're also holding me because soy, you know me well enough to know that's how i stay out of my self righteousness. Once my body gets regulated again, probably be right back in your lap.
