What Is Blood Flow Restriction?
Lifting lightweight to failure will make a muscle grow the same as lifting heavyweight. You just have to do more repetitions. But what if you don't want to do that much exercise volume? If you put this cuff on, right, we said you pick the lightweight, you can do it. Let's just pretend you can lift that dumbbell 50 times. Well, that's going to be very time consuming in the gym. And that might be an undesirable amount of volume,. especially if someone's recovering from an injury. Yeah. I think these are all really valuable and important discussions.
