She didn't recover from those sessions very well. So what we ended up having to do instead of me saying four times eight minutes at maximum session effort which would work maybe for some people for her it was pushing her too hard. And then she, then she, you know, brought down the speed. She's just a good example because we see the exact same thing and elite performers is when we've gone in and looked at their training distribution over time.
