edowny: Value is based on the perception of the customer. What i think is a huge problem is that people in business think that what they do somehow has objective value. It only has subjective value from the point o view of the customer, he says. Edowny: If anybody should fill out a time sheet, should be your customer. Because what you're trying to do is help them save their time.
