Using a Wizard in a Self Service Model?

Wizard is a mix, or can be a mix, of a self service approach to deploying the technology and being guided through all the steps. It's aware of what you already have and have access to but it also has the ability to basically raise a hand. If i heard you correctly, and i put of an image in my head that if they're going through the wizard and they raise their hand for help from alehandro or others, is would actually fly down with a wizard's cap, and like in harry potter, you would help.
