"I need to be able to like when it comes to reactive care tasks, so a proactive care task is I need to vacuum," she says. "If I have to break the flow of my concentration and what I'm doing, I start to get really agitated ... I start avoiding those things" She creates rituals and rhythms for those proactive care tasks.
