The Importance of Immediate Bias in Remediation

I like to think about the various levels at which the work, what influences we can bring to learners. In trauma personally as as a somebody who's involved in radiation, I have to be very, very aware of whatever implicit bias is upbringing. So that's intra personal implicit bias. Then there's the inter personal things which are one of the things that I almost always always lead with, particularly in every single remediation case is a location of self. We all got pretty deep and figuring out backup plans. Exactly.
