Declarative Programming Is Not Imperative
With declarative programming you can just solve the same problem with just one line of code where in imperative style you would need to write five or six line of code. The number of lines of code it's not the most important thing I just want to highlight that for the simple use case you have to go through the imperative code and understand how the execution of each line is working in order to understand what the function is doing.
