Are You Creating a Category for Your Company?
In most Series A companies unless they're incredibly well funded or very thoughtful, there's no leader. If you have a commercial co-founder, one of those people could lead it. It's hard to argue that doing this to develop your product is not as important as doing this for your revenue system. They're both equally important.
