The Felt Anchor: A Report on the Coast Guard Academy Sexual Abuse
Admiral Paul Zukum launched an investigation into sexual assault at the Coast Guard Academy. His successor, Admiral Carl Schulz, did not release the results as expected. Instead, a CNN investigation found Schulz helped cover up the whole thing for years. The report dubbed Operation Felt Anchor was kept hidden until CNN reported it in June.
