The Importance of Blood Type A
Think about the test that is basically going to never indicate innocence inaccurately. So it does not have false negatives of that form. If there were a lot of false positives so there was a lot of indication of guilt even when the truth is innocent then the test would actually be sort of useless. And the judge knows about the error rates. The judge understands the nature of the test. This is the optimal test that gets us to 60% conviction.
