How to Use Tacking When Dealing With Seniors

Tacked is the ability to deal with people without causing friction or giving offense. Use tacked not only when dealing with seniors, but with subordinates as well. To successfully use tacking must be courteous because courtesy given will be returned. It is important that courtesy not be misunderstood as brown-nosing.
