Are the Outraged Cases Setting a Precedent?
In the past year, we have seen three high profile national level a speech privacy cases. We just haven't accounted for the loss of juries in those very notions. The numbers do not offend me. I they hear the numbers thrown around by a networth analyst of frandsic account and they hear hundreds of millions. And this is the province we give the jury to punish for conduct, so they ca me not well on that notion.
