I think that's the thing that appeals to me, as it's not a chapter book where you have to sit down and start on chapter one and read it through. It could be just a reference guide. You could keep it in your vehicle, and while you're waiting for your trail running buddy to show up at the trail head,. Just open it up and grab a couple nugget and then go outNdd apply those nuggets or even talk about, you know, that's the topic for to day's run. And that's why i really liked it.
