This is about noticing what your urges are when you're in crisis situations and allowing that urge to be there. I also think it's worth mentioning that this really looks different for different people. For some people acting on strong emotions might mean yelling at somebody or punching something. The third goal of this next set of skills, which we'll get into toward the end of this module is accepting reality as it is.
